33. Why does the M750 fail to import the phonebook through Bluetooth?
The phonebooks of Huawei mobile phones do not use a standard phonebook format. Therefore, the M750 is not compatible with the phonebook of another manufacturer's mobile phone. If an manufacturer uses the same phonebook format as Huawei, the phonebook can be imported to the M750 successfully. Otherwise, the import fails.
34. Why does the M750 display an image improperly?
The display resolution of the M750 is Quarter Video Graphics Array (QVGA) (that is 240 320). When the resolution of the image to be viewed is higher than QVGA, the phone may display the image improperly. In addition, the size of a image file that can be displayed on the phone varies with the file format. The phone supports a file with a maximum of 500 KB. If a file exceeds 500 KB, it cannot be displayed on the phone.
35. Why cannot the M750 access the Internet?
Check whether the connection parameters are set correctly on the phone. For the values of the parameters, see the specifications provided by the operator.
36. Why cannot the M750 be switched to the USB flash drive mode?
Check whether the phone has ongoing data services (such as WAP). If yes, the phone cannot be switched to the USB flash drive mode. Therefore, you need to quit the data service process. If the problem persists, check whether the microSD card is installed properly. When a microSD card is not installed on the phone, the phone cannot be switched to the USB flash drive mode.
37. In USB flash drive mode, can incoming calls be answered?
In USB flash drive mode, you can answer incoming calls; when there is an incoming call, however, the phone only vibrates instead of ringing.
38. Why cannot the M750 play the music stored on the microSD card?
On the microSD card, the system creates several default folders for storing different types of files. The phone can open a file only when the file is stored in the corresponding folder. For example, the music player can find a music file only when the music file is stored in the my_music folder.
39. Why does the M750 not ring when there is an incoming call?
Check whether the alert type and the volume are set properly on the phone; whether the phone can play music; whether the ringtone file exists; whether the phone can ring after you restore the default settings. If the problems persists, take the phone to the after-sale service center.
40. How long should the battery be charged for the first several times?
It is recommended that the customer service personnel answer this question as follows: When the battery is fully charged, the charging can be stopped. The process takes about 3–4 hours. Previously, nickel-cadmium batteries that have the memory effect are used. If a nickel-cadmium battery is not fully charged for the first several times, the battery cannot be fully charged in future. Therefore, the charging duration should be longer for nickel-cadmium batteries. The Li-ion batteries currently used have no memory effect. Therefore, the charging can be stopped only when a Li-ion battery is fully charged.
41. Why cannot I answer incoming calls and why am I restricted to dialing numbers?
Check that the phone charge is not overdue and the phone is not set to restrict all numbers. If the problem persists, contact the after-sale service center for repair.

The M750 can retrieve the URL in a multimedia message only when the URL begins with http://. If the URL in a multimedia message does not begin with http://, you need to open the MetroWEB, select Options > Go To URL, and then enter the URL manually.
44. When a text message is received, why does the M750 display only four digits as the phone number of the message sender?
In this condition, it indicates that the text message is sent through an email, and the phone number of the sender is not the four digits. The email address of the sender is displayed in the text message.
45. Why cannot the M750 receive delivery reports of multimedia messages after the function is enabled?
On the M750, the delivery reports of multimedia messages are not received as text messages or the delivery reports are displayed in a pop-up box. To check the delivery report of a multimedia message, you can select MMS > Sent, and then select the desired multimedia message. Select Options > Report Details > Status. If Message Delivered is displayed, it indicates that the recipient receives the multimedia message. If Waiting for delivery report is displayed, it cannot definitely indicate that the recipient does not receive the multimedia message. Other factors, such as network condition, can affect the reception of delivery reports.
